Jollibee will be acquiring The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for US$350M, JFC's biggest acquisition to date. CBTL has total revenues of US$313M ir PHP16B. At present, CBTL has business presence in 27 countries. The acquisition will be financed thru a loan via its Singapore based subsidiary Jollibee Worldwide Pte Ltd.
