RULES AND PROCEDURES FOR BIDDING OF REPO UNITS
1.
Interested bidders /
buyers may bid (sealed) for any repo unit being offered for sale
2.
A bid form shall be
accomplished by an interested bidder with the following information: · Properly
filled-up Customer
Information Sheet
· Printed Name

3. Submission of bid forms shall be at the bid box assigned
at Oyster Plaza Warehouse and bid box assigned at the AMDD office
located at
14th Floor UCPB Bldg., Makati Ave., Makati City
4.
Deadline for
submission of bids through Oyster Plaza Warehouse bid box is ONLY until 12:00
p.m. on the scheduled day of
opening of bids.
5.
Deadline for
submission of bids through AMDD bid box is ONLY until 4:00 p.m. on the
scheduled day of opening of bids.
6.
Opening of bids shall
be done in the presence of an Internal Auditor with AMDD representative.
7.
Bids that are lower
than the approved Floor Price shall be automatically disqualified.
8.
Winning or highest
bidders shall be notified through telephone call or through sending of Notice
of Award within three (3)
days from opening of
bids.
9. A reservation fee of P 5,000.00 shall be required from all winning
bidders.
10.
The reservation fee is good for three (3)
banking days ONLY from the date of payment.
11. Failure of any winning bidder to pay in full within 3
banking days shall automatically forfeit
his /her winning bid and his /
her
reservation. The bank shall
automatically award the unit to the second highest bidder.
12.
All Check Payments are subject to a three
(3) day clearing period.
13.
Exemption to Rule # 10 is applied to all UCPB Auto Loans financed units.
14.
All units are sold on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”
basis. Units and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The bank has the right to withdraw any
vehicle before the auction.
Inadvertent
misprints shall not alter the vehicle’s factual condition nor shall be deemed
as misrepresentation on the vehicles.
15. Bidder warrants that he / she has seen and inspected the units/s prior
to submission of offer.
Bid Forms are available
at the warehouse and at the 14th Floor UCPB Bldg., Makati Avenue, Makati City.
Units may be inspected at OYSTER PLAZA WAREHOUSE, Sucat Road Paranaque from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to
Saturday
