A non- negotiable certificate of Time Deposit with a mininum term of Five years exempt from withholding tax.

Withholding Tax Tax exempt if placement is held on until maturity.
No partial – Pre-Termination
Pre-Termination is subject to penalty based on graduated rates. Documentary Stamps- Php- 1.00 for every Php200.00 or fraction of the principal will be charged to the depositor and will be deducted from the proceeds.
