- EastWest Bank's ("Bank") Dream Big, Win Big Raffle Promo (referred to as "Promo") will run from October 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012 ("Promo Period").
- The Promo covers the following accounts and transactions:
- Individual and Corporate Deposit Accounts, which may be New or Existing Accounts in Philippine (PhP) or US Dollar (USD) currency, that are:
- Current or Savings Accounts (CASA), and
- Time Deposit (TD) Accounts;
- Unit Investment Trust Fund (UITF) Accounts opened within the promo period;
- Purchases of Philippine Peso and US Dollar bonds made through the Bank;
- Special Deposit Accounts (SDA) and Repo Accounts opened through the Bank's Treasury and Trust Divisions;
- Consumer Loans (Personal, Auto & Mortgage Loans) that are booked within the Promo Period;
- Credit Card Transactions;
- Debit Card* and Prepaid Card Point-of-Sale purchases; and
- Internet Banking Bills Pay transactions.*
* Debit Card and Internet Bills Pay transactions of accounts under the name of sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations are excluded.
- For depositors, enrollment via the updating of their customer information via their depository branches is required in order to participate in the Promo:
- For Individuals: Each depositor is considered to have enrolled under the Promo if they have completely provided and updated ALL of the following information:
- Depositor's Full Name
- Mother's Maiden Name
- Birthday
- TIN Number
- SSS/GSIS Number
- Email Address
- Mailing Address
- Telephone/Mobile Phone Number/s
- Employer/Business Name
- Employment/Business Tenure

- For sole proprietorships, partnerships and corporations: Each of these entities shall be considered to have enrolled under the Promo if they have completely provided and updated ALL of the following information:

- Business Establishment Date
- TIN Number
- Name of Contact Person
- Position of Contact Person
- Telephone & Mobile Phone Number/s of Contact Person

- Clients will start earning e-raffle tickets automatically based on the following transactions:

- Aggregate incremental CASA/TD MTD ADB will be computed at the end of each month, beginning October 31, 2011, based on the depositor's highest aggregate CASA MTD ADB during the month of the Promo prior to the monthly generation of e-raffle tickets.
- E-raffle tickets will be generated one (1) week from the end of each month of the Promo Period.
- E-raffle tickets earned by joint accounts will only be awarded to the principal depositor.
- Only principal credit cardholders will be awarded e-raffle tickets.
- Customers may inquire through the 24/7 Customer Service Hotline or through their branch of account for the number of earned e-raffle tickets.
- There will be six (6) Monthly Draws and one (1) Grand Draw with the following prizes:

- Monthly e-raffle tickets earned are valid only for the current month of the Promo Period and will not be included in the succeeding monthly draws. However, all e-raffle tickets earned monthly will be automatically included in the Grand Draw.
- A customer can only win once during the grand draw but will be eligible to join and win in all of the six (6) monthly draws.
- A customer may also win more than once in the monthly draws provided his e-raffle tickets are drawn from different product/channel categories. Main categories are:
- Deposits, Debit & Prepaid Cards, Internet Banking, UITF, SDA and Repo
- Credit Cards
- Personal, Auto & Mortgage Loans
Otherwise, the customer shall no longer be entitled to win a second time during the monthly draw.
- If a customer is drawn more than once during the grand draw, he will automatically be awarded the prize of higher value and forfeits the prize of lesser value. Another winner will be drawn for the prize of lesser value.
- All draws will be done electronically at the EastWest Bank Pasong Tamo office, Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City with the presence of a duly authorized DTI representative.
- E-raffle draws will be conducted as follows:

- All winners must satisfy ALL of the following criteria at the time of the draw to qualify for the prize/s otherwise they shall be deemed to have forfeited their prize and another winner shall be drawn in their place:
- Individual Deposit Accounts
- Have at least one existing PhP/USD CASA or TD account in "Active" status (i.e., not dormant, escheated or mishandled).
- Have updated their Customer Information Data with their branch of account.
- Sole Proprietorships, Partnership and Corporate Accounts:
- Have at least one existing PhP/USD CASA and/or TD account in "Active" status (i.e., not dormant, escheated or mishandled).
- Have updated their Customer Information Data with their branch of account.
- UITF Accounts
- Have at least one existing PhP/USD UITF account in "Active" status.
- SDA/Repo
- Have at least one existing SDA/Repo account in "Active" status.
- Bond Sales (PhP/USD)
- Have at least one existing PHP/USD Bond account in "Active" status.
- Credit Cards
- Must hold a current status, or no past due obligation and in good credit standing.
- Must have updated customer information details with EastWest Bank if the cardholder has been successfully contacted via their telephone numbers registered with the Bank within one (1) week from Draw Date by an EastWest Bank representative.
- Consumer Loans (Personal, Auto & Mortgage Loans)
- Must not have any past due obligations and should maintain a current status.
- Only NEW loan bookings booked within the promo period shall qualify.
- Winners shall be notified by telephone and a notification letter via registered mail based on the customer's contact details in EastWest Bank records. If after sixty (60) calendar days the winner still cannot be contacted through any of his contact details registered with the Bank, the prize shall be forfeited in favor of the Bank with prior DTI approval.
- Upon claiming of prizes, winners must present the notification letter and two (2) valid IDs bearing the winners' photograph and signature (i.e. Driver's License, SSS Photocard, Passport, and other government issued IDs) upon claiming their prizes.
- Should a winner be unable to claim and receive the prize, he may send an authorized representative to EastWest Bank and must bring an authorization letter from the winner that bears the signatures of both the winner and the authorized representative; two (2) valid IDs, as defined above, of the representative and two (2) valid IDs of the winner together with the notification letter.
- Winners have up until sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail from the Bank to claim their prizes. Prizes not claimed within this period shall be forfeited in favor of the Bank with prior DTI approval.
- The winners each agree to be featured in any or all publicity materials related to the Promo without further compensation.
- All prize taxes will be shouldered by the Bank.
- Where the prize is a motor vehicle, the Bank shall shoulder the costs of initial registration of the same with the LTO together with the first year's comprehensive insurance of such motor vehicle.
- Documentary stamp taxes, transfer fees, registration fees and other miscellaneous fees related to the 1-BR condo unit at the Beaufort, on the other hand, will be shouldered by the Bank.
- Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
- Prizes may be claimed at the EastWest Bank Marketing office 3rd floor Salustiana D. Ty Tower, 104 Paseo de Roxas, Legaspi Village, Makati City or at the branch nearest the mailing address of the winner.
- The decision of EastWest Bank on any issue related to this promo will be deemed final with concurrence of DTI.
- All directors, officers and employees of EastWest Bank and its advertising agencies as well as relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not qualified to join the promo.
